I do not see the product/API that I want to have access to. What shall I do?

1) Make sure that you are logged in in the developer portal (Sign in link is on the top menu navigation). If you have not registered yet, please sign up first. If you are an OMV employee please use the OMV login button to register with your OMV Active Directory account, otherwise please register with your personal email address.

2) If you are a OMV partner and do not see a product, which you need access to, please get in touch with the HIP team (api-support@omv.com) to be added in the OMV partners group.

3) If you have an OMV employee and you do not see a product, which you need access to, please wait up to 1 hour after your first login using the OMV login button. In this hour you should be added automatically to the OMV internal developers group. If you don't see the product after 1 hour please get in touch with the HIP team (api-support@omv.com). It might be that you did not register with your OMV Active Directory account using the OMV login button but that you created a basic account with your OMV email.

I receive an HTTP 404 (not found) error when trying to test the API from the developer portal. What could be the reason?

The reason might be that this is an internal API, which is not reachable from this portal. In this case please connect to VPN and use a HTTP test client like Postman to test the API.
